A doula's role is not passive, it is artful.

As an evidence-based, full-spectrum doula, my care is rooted in connection, advocacy, and empowerment. I don’t just support families; I work with them, walking alongside each person as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in their own unique way. Whether you're planning a home birth, a hospital delivery, a cesarean, or anything in between, I’m here to support your choices—without judgment. My role is not to take over, but to collaborate, uplift, and provide the knowledge and care needed so you feel empowered from conception into parenthood.

I completed my Birth and Postpartum Doula training in early 2025, gaining in-depth knowledge of pregnant anatomy, pain relief techniques, pelvic alignment, and prenatal yoga, practical tools that support both physical comfort and emotional well-being. But just as important as the knowledge is the relationship we build. I center my work around trust, informed decision-making, and meeting families where they are.

Together, we create a space where you feel seen, heard, and fully supported. I believe in judgment-free, accessible care and in being a steady, compassionate presence throughout your journey. Most of all, I believe that all pathways to birth are worthy—whether your experience aligns with your original plan or takes an unexpected turn, you deserve support that is as flexible and unique as you are. Birth is powerful. And you are powerful. My goal is to help you step into that power with confidence and care.

Outside of birthwork, I spend my time teaching creative movement at a local dance studio, crafting (yes, my next baby will take over my craft room), and making memories with my husband, son, and two very loud hound dogs. I’m a lifelong lover of thrifting, vintage treasures, and all things niche and sentimental, from old film cameras to tiny trinkets. If there’s a hidden gem of a thrift shop nearby, you’ll probably find me there. I’ve lived in North Carolina for eight years but am a Tennessee native at heart, and I find so much joy in the little things that make life feel special in my tiny corner of WNC.

Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period are some of the most transformative times in a person’s life. They are raw, beautiful, challenging, and deeply personal. Yet, so often, new parents are left to navigate these moments without the support they deserve.

That’s where I come in.

For over a decade, I have supported families, caring for children of all ages, guiding caregivers, and helping parents find trusted household support. After my own birth experience in 2023, I knew my calling had shifted. I had spent years nurturing children; now, my goal is to turn my focus to those bringing life into the world. I believe birthwork is an extension of community care, a way to rebuild the village that every birthing person deserves.

If you’re looking for a birth bestie to walk this journey with you, I’d love to connect. Let’s build the village, together.
